Total investment amount is 1,800 billion VND, 95% of which is finenced by NBB. The project includes large commercial center, restaurants, high-class bar and coffee shop, entertainment center, fitness center, spa and sauna, modern swimming pool and green park, playground, etc. Until 31 December 2010, the project has completed all legal procedures and apartment samples for customers visit. The company has finished augercast piles and prepared bidding invitation for other sections. 232 out of 844 apartments have been sold out.

- Completed constructing cast-in-situ concrete piles.
- Planned to construct Foundation - Basement - Frame - Completion and other items from 1^st July 2011 to 1^st July 2013.
- Expected to do the acceptance inspection and put into use from July 2013 to September 2013.
- Expected to hand over apartments to customers in December 2013.
