It is located in Truong Quang Trong Ward, Quang Ngai City and is for the center of Quang Ngai City 1 km, the complex of Industry-Urban-Service VSIP Quang Ngai 5 km; it is locted in Highway 1A and Highway 24B so it is so convenient for transporttion. Within a radius of 800m from the project is the Thien An Mountain historic area and Tra Khuc Bridge was built with structural concrete passing to the river, creating a harmonious architectural space enviroment natural landscape.

The
project was approved the detailed plan 1/500 in accordance with Decision No.
2155/QĐ-UBND dated 05/12/2008 by the People's Committee of Quang
Ngai province and Decision No.1125/QĐ-UBND date 27/3/2014 by the People's Committee of Son Tinh District.
- People's Committee of Quang Ngai granted the Investment Certificate No.
34121000043 dated 6/3/2009 and the first Adjustment Investment Certificate No. 34121000043/GCNDDC1/34/1 dated 22/7/2013.
- The project published the project plan and handed over planning area
boundaries to the investor on 28/3/2009.
- The basic design dossier was appraised by the Department of Construction of
Quang Ngai Province. Board of Directors approves basic design and investment project.

Completed 100% the clearance bomb.

Until 31st December 2012, the project has finished the legal
documents; the compensation reached about 86,8%
and leveling reached 60% of project area, collecting material volumes such as
culverts, tiles, curb reached about 50%.
- Until 31/12/2014, Project compensation has reached 74,5% over total area. In 2015, NBB will continue to implement and complete compensation, clearance and infrastructure construction.
- Expected to complete fully in 2016.
