It is invested by NBB. It is located in Ward 16, District 8, HCM City. The project's area is 4.15 ha; gross floor area is 264,707 m2. The project is expected to have 2 blocks including 21-28 floors (excluding 2 basements) with 1,470 apartments and a commercial center. Total investment amount is 2,675 billion VND, 20% of which is financed by NBB and 80% of which is financed by SII. Until 31 December 2010, this project has finished 92% land clearance, 65% leveling; the project's location has been accepted by People's Committee of HCMC; People's Committee of District 8 has approved the 1/500 zoning and Ministry of Construction has approved the base design documents and the project will start construction in the third quarter of 2011.

- Responded to the basic design profile by Ministry of Construction.
- Expected to start construction in the end of Quarter III/2011.
