South Tam Phu Ecological Urban Area (stage 1) has the total area of 93.64 ha which mainly invested by Tam Phu Investment And Construction Ltd. Co (49% of total investment from NBB). The project's location is in Tam Phu Village, An Phu Ward, Tam Ky City, Quang Nam Province. Until 31 December 2010, the project has obtained the investment certificate from management team of Chu Lai Open Economic Zone and the base design approval; the land clearance process will begin in the third quarter of 2011.

Zone.
- The detailed plan 1/500 is being adjusted after having been approved by
People’s Committee of Quang Nam Province on 19th March 2013,
- Has had the policy of land recall for the project,
ongoing to implement compensation and clearance.
- Is expected to start construction in the 1st quarter of 2016.
