Carina Plaza - Finished documents to grant the Certificate of Land Use Rights to buyers
The Land Use Right Registry of HCMC has promulgated the Letter No. 1240/VPDK-HD dated 23/1/2014 about granting the Certificate to buyers at Hung Thanh Residential Area (Carina Plaza Condominium) at 1648 Vo Van Kiet Str., W.16, D.8.
Following that, the Land Use Right Registry of HCMC has approved and authorized the Land Use Right Registry of District 8 to directly review and grant the Certifcate of Land Use Right to Carina Plaza buyers which are households and individuals.
