Carina Plaza - Announcement of handing over Certificates of land use rights - ownership rights of houses and assets attached to land for the first time.
Hung Thanh Co.,Ltd. has submitted 350 legal files of the apartments to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of District 8. 81 out of 350 certificates have been granted by People's committee of District 8 and will be handed over to customers for the first time from 30/6/2014 (The detailed timeline of handover of the Certificates will be informed on the Company's website at http://nbb.com.vn and Carina Plaza Management office's Notice Board).
Hung Thanh Co.,Ltd. will pay registration fee in advance (equal to 0.5% of taxed value required by the Tax Office of District 8) on behalf of its customers. To receive the Certificates, customers have to settle the registration fee and 5% remaining sale contract value.
