Adjusting the investment certificate of De Lagi Project - Binh Thuan
On 17/12/2014, People's
Committee of Binh Thuan Province has approved the adjustment of the
investment certificate No.48121000413 dated 04/08/2009 for De Lagi
High-class Resort and Urban Area at Tan Phuoc village, Lagi commune
done by NBB Investment Corporation that is considered as the main
investor. Total investiment of Project is about 1,481.5 billion and the
plot rate is about 124,7ha, including the extension area is about 13ha
with pruposes expanding Project's entrance and investing into
infrastructure for residents. Expectedly, the project will complete
procedures and com pensation, clearance for resettlement in the end of
2015; building infrastructure will be completed and opened in 12/2018.
