NBB successfully held Annual Shareholder Meeting 2010
On 25th April 2011, NBB has successfully held Annual Shareholder Meeting 2010 at Sunflower Ballroom, Rex Hotel, HCM City.
With representatives of shareholders owning 14,265,750 shares with voting rights in a total of 15,260,600 voting shares (excluding treasury shares) attended the Annual Shareholder Meeting, accounted for 93.48%.
The Meeting has officially ratified the following contents: Report of BOM on 2010 business results; 2010 Audited Consolidated Financial Statement and distribuiton plan of profit after tax in 2010; Report of BOC for fiscal year 2010; Major financial targets, the use of profits and the remuneration of BOM, BOC in 2011; and the choice of IFC as the company's 2011 audit firm by NBB's Chairman and CEO.
The congress has successfully voted at the rate of 100%.
