About us
Nam Bay Bay Investment Joint Stock Company, a company operating in the field of real estate and investment, formerly known as the Branch of Transport Construction Corporation 5 in Binh Thuan, was established in 2004. The company is headquartered in City. Ho Chi Minh and expanded operations to many other localities such as Bac Lieu, Binh Thuan, Quang Ngai, Da Nang, Quang Ninh. The company’s main business lines include real estate development and trading, transportation infrastructure construction, hydroelectric and thermal power projects, electricity production and trading, mining, and eco-tourism business. Company 577 also has many important development milestones and has been listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange since 2009.
With the criterion of contributing to the development of the country, since its establishment, 577 has always tried to create high quality works for society. 577 determines that the quality of works and the rights of customers, shareholders, and employees of the Company are a prerequisite for 577 to develop sustainably in the future.

The People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has issued Decision No. 4396/QD-UBND approving the investment policy and approving the investor for the NBB Garden III Residential Area project in Ward 16, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City of the Company – marking a bright spot in the implementation of the Company’s real estate projects during the period when the real estate market is fluctuating, thereby gradually increasing revenue, profit and cash flow structure in the coming time.
