Carina Plaza, covering an area of 19,318.40 m2, is one of the projects in the cluster of projects by 577 Investment Joint Stock Company in Ward 16, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City. This was the first project, commenced in 2008, within the company’s high-rise building project cluster in Ward 16, District 8.

The project is invested by Hung Thanh Co., Ltd. (member 577) and designed by International Construction and Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. (ICIC), one of Vietnam’s leading consultants in the field of high-rise building design. The entire project is designed in a modern, airy style, blending seamlessly with nature to elevate the quality of life for its residents.
The structure of the blocks utilizes new, advanced technologies from around the world. The entire floor is designed with prestressed cable-tensioned slabs, eliminating traditional reinforced concrete beams to enhance load-bearing capacity and create a slender structure, avoiding the harsh architectural features that affect the living space.
Carina Plaza is located right on the East-West Boulevard, opposite the City Gate Towers project and next to the Diamond Riverside project. Project progress
- The show home was inaugurated on November 22, 2008 at the project site.
- The basement topping-out ceremony took place on December 30, 2009.
- The reinforced concrete frame and prestressed beam and slab cable tensioning were completed on September 15, 2010.
- Completion as of August 2011:
- Block A - 14 floors: 100% completed.
- Block B - 20 floors: 100% completed.
- Block C - 14 floors: 100% completed.
- Mechanical and electrical systems, fire protection, lightning protection, communication, and security camera systems: 100% completed.
- The landscaping, internal roads, and other auxiliary facilities (swimming pool, tennis court, canteen) have been completed: 100% finished.
- The project was completed and put into operation in the third quarter of 2011.
- Having completed the sale of all apartments in 2014, the company has now handed over the Certificates of Land Use Rights, Ownership of Houses and Assets Attached to Land to customers since the third quarter of 2014 and will complete the process in 2015.
