The De LaGi high-end resort and residential area is developed by Nam Bay Bay Investment Joint Stock Company.
The project is located in Phuoc Hoi Ward, Lam Dong Province, 68 km from the Phan Thiet tourist center.
The planning boundaries are as follows:
• East: Dao Duy Tu Road, Ho Tom residential area, and local agricultural land;
• West: Tourism service land and local agricultural land;
• South: East Sea;
• North: National Highway 55 and local agricultural land.
The project’s planned area is approximately 124.53 hectares, with a 3.2 km stretch of coastline facing south. The project boasts an extremely favorable geographical location, connecting and expanding economic development in the Southeast region, the Southern key economic zone, and other economic regions.
In the future, Nam Bay Bay Investment Joint Stock Company will invest in the project to develop it into a high-end tourist and resort area, including functional areas such as entertainment zones, restaurants, hotels, golf courses, luxury villas, and even a residential area to meet the resettlement needs and part of the accommodation needs of the resort’s staff and workers, with synchronized technical infrastructure.

Project progress
- The De LaGi high-end resort and residential area project was granted Investment Certificate No. 48121000413 (initial certificate) by the Provincial People's Committee on August 4, 2009, amended for the first time on December 17, 2014. The Department of Planning and Investment (now the Department of Finance) issued Investment Registration Certificate No. 8577515058 (amended for the second time on February 28, 2019), amended for the third time on April 3, 2019, and the fourth amendment was certified by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 206/QD-UBND dated January 31, 2023, adjusting the investment policy.
- The project has been confirmed to have completed compensation and land clearance for an area of approximately 63.6 hectares.
- On February 6, 2024, the People's Committee of La Gi town (before reorganization) issued Decision No. 79/QD-UBND approving the revised detailed construction planning project at a scale of 1/500.
- From 2025 to the fourth quarter of 2028: Continue implementing compensation, support, and resettlement for the remaining households; Apply for construction permits, invest in the construction of project components, conduct acceptance testing, and put them into operation.
- From 2028 to the fourth quarter of 2029: Invest in the construction of the remaining project components, completing the project and putting it into operation.
