Hong Ngoc Island luxury golf villa area – Quang Ngai
The project is located in An Phu village, Tinh An commune, Son Tinh district, Quang Ngai province, with a total planned area of approximately 233.4 hectares. It includes two main zones:
Zone 1: The land island east of Tra Khuc 2 Bridge and the Tra Khuc River water dam (phase 1), with an area of approximately 184.7 hectares.
Zone 2: The sandy area south of the planned My Tra – My Khe road, with an area of approximately 48.7 hectares.
It is bordered to the North by the My Tra – My Khe road.
To the South by the Tra Khuc River.
To the East by a sand dune.
To the West by the My Tra – My Khe residential area project, developed by HUD.
After the completion of the bridge connecting the city center to the project, the project will be only about 1 km from the center of Quang Ngai city.

- The investment project was approved by Decision No. 473/QD-UBND dated March 29, 2011, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province.
- The detailed planning task at a scale of 1/500 has been approved by the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province.
