Project progress
- The project has completed compensation for 100% of the land area.
- The project has received approval in principle from the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee for investment and the investor has been approved in Decision 3108/QD-UBND dated June 21, 2025.
- Currently, the investor is collaborating with a consulting firm to prepare the 1/500 scale detailed planning.
