The Son Tinh residential area in Quang Ngai, developed by 577 Investment Joint Stock Company, is planned and constructed to high-end urban standards, embodying modern civilization. Strategically located in Truong Quang Trong Ward, Quang Ngai City, the project is 1 km from the city center and 5 km from the VSIP Quang Ngai Industrial-Urban-Service Complex. With two sides bordering National Highway 1A and National Highway 24B, it enjoys excellent transportation access. Within an 800m radius of the project are the Thien An Mountain historical site and the newly constructed Tra Khuc Bridge, a prestressed concrete bridge spanning the river, creating a harmonious architectural space within the natural landscape.

Tiến độ dự án
- The detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 for the Son Tinh Residential Area Project was approved by the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province in Decision No. 2155/QD-UBND dated December 5, 2008, and adjusted by the People's Committee of Son Tinh District in Decision No. 1125/QD-UBND dated March 27, 2014; the People's Committee of Quang Ngai City made a partial adjustment to the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 in Decision No. 4499/QD-UBND dated October 11, 2024.
- The project announced the planning and handed over the boundary markers of the planned area to the investor for project implementation on March 28, 2009.
- The project was granted Investment Certificate No. 34121000043 by the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province on March 6, 2009, and the 5th amended Investment Certificate No. 24/QD-UBND on January 15, 2026.
- Mine clearance has reached 100%.
- Construction of technical infrastructure has reached 90% completion.
- Construction work is expected to be completed in Q4/2027.
