Located in Ward 16, District 8, HCMC, it was invested by NBB. The area of project zone is 4,15 hectares, of which the estimated area for construction floors is 1,269.129 m2. Five high-rise apartment blocks have been planned to be built with average height of 16 floors, including a basement, a commercial centre, and residential apartments. The total estimated investment is 2.675 billion Dong, 60% of which is financed by NBB and 40% by CII. The expected groundbreaking time will be in quarter I/2010. As of 31/12/2008: The People’s Committee of District 8 officially approved the location for project. 90% of the site clearance got compensation. The 1/500 zoning has been submitted for approval.
