It is invested by NBB. It is located in Ward 16, District 8, HCM City. Total estimated investment capital is 5,525 bn VND, 100% of which is financed by NBB. The project's area is 8.15 ha; gross floor area is 495,188.5 m2. The project includes commercial center, primary school and 3,500 apartments. Until 31 December 2010, this project has finished 95% land clearance; the project's location has been accepted by People's Committee of HCM City; People's Committee of District 8 has approved the 1/500 zoning and Ministry of Construction has approved the base design documents and the project will start construction in the second quarter of 2011.
